Small Groups

8-Month Internship

Individualized Coaching

Each participant is paired with a dedicated mobilization coach who walks with them through the process of preparing for overseas ministry. These one-on-one relationships focus on holistic development—spiritually, emotionally, and practically.

Coaches offer prayer, encouragement, and personal mentorship while recommending helpful resources such as books, podcasts, scripture studies, and webinars. They also help participants navigate key decisions, such as choosing a sending organization or discerning a specific path to the field.

Small Group Discipleship & Equipping

These cohort-based groups provide a space for community, accountability, and shared growth among those preparing for similar mission work.

Through intentional book studies, cross-cultural training, and discipleship-focused conversations, participants are challenged and encouraged to deepen their faith, strengthen their understanding of ministry in unreached contexts, and build lasting relationships with others on the same journey.

Aviation Internship Program

Our 8-month internship integrates deep spiritual formation and missional preparation with hands-on aviation development.

Together, we focus on abiding in Christ, cultivating unity as a team, developing language and cultural competency, and growing in understanding Islamic beliefs—equipping interns to build redemptive relationships with Muslims.

Based in a U.S. city with a high concentration of international flight students, the program provides daily opportunities for real-world cross-cultural engagement. Interns learn to live out their faith in the workplace while preparing to use aviation as a strategic pathway to the nations.
